Nimasha runs the operational backbone of IBN — coordinating client communication, scheduling production, and managing the studio's hardware fleet. Every project that moves through IBN passes through her hands, and nothing leaves the building without her sign-off.

She came to IBN from a four-year stint coordinating large-scale event production, which is exactly the rigour the studio needs when shipping on-site activations under tight windows.
