LegalDocs turns a law office's own Word templates into smart forms. The form sits beside a live Word preview, and editing works both ways — type in the form or click a highlighted word on the page.
Legal documents can't drift by a single space. Exports had to keep margins, fonts and wording byte-for-byte, while handling Sri Lankan specifics like NIC numbers, amounts in words and deed-style dates — on Firebase's free plan.
IBN built a run-aware .docx engine that changes only the tagged words, plus legal-aware fields: NIC validation that fills birth year and gender, amounts in words, 'Twenty Eighth (28th) day of June' dates and his/her pronouns. A Template Studio turns any uploaded Word file into a form, and packages, device limits and renewals are enforced by security rules — with no server code at all.
